What are your contributions to the team?
• Plan, coordinate, and execute continuous improvement projects related to quality.
• Monitor project schedules, risks, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Service teams to deploy quality improvement initiatives.
• Analyze non-conformities, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in change management activities to identify and mitigate operational and quality risks.
• Develop, track, and present quality performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert and coach in the application of quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and risk analysis.
• Support the maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Facilitate complex problem-solving activities and continuous improvement workshops with cross-functional teams.
How to thrive in this role?
• You hold a degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant field, or possess equivalent experience.
• You have significant experience (minimum of 8 years) in Quality Assurance and Project Management within a manufacturing or highly regulated environment.
• You demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• You have a solid understanding of quality standards and requirements, including AS9100 and ISO 9001.
• You possess excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• You are proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SAP is considered an asset.
• You are recognized for your autonomy, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• You are fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
