Purpose of the job

To mange and support the maintenance and repair activities in the region in accordance with the company’s guideline and ISO 9001 standards.

Key responsibilities

1.Performs maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules.
Manages maintenance personnel by setting direction and priorities.
Provides training and continuous development on all maintenance personnel.
Provide maintenance support and consultation to clients in term of technical solutions in maintaining the signaling systems in the region.
Drives the Maintenance and Reliability initiative focused on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
Performs other duties by coordinating work with outside inspections, providing project management, ensuring safety of personnel, and performing other duties as required.
Managing, maintaining, and establishing maintenance plan, procedures and work instruction to ensure the system meets customer requirments.
Lead and supervise Maintenance Engineer/ Shift Leader for maintenance activities as per responsibility defined by customer.
2.Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance to the existing signaling installations including control document and repair records in accordance to company’s quality requirement.
Performed and completed corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance according to customer’s failure notification and maintenance schedule plan
Control and manage Reliability, Availability and Maintainability to meet the system/customer/contract requirements.
Maintains and monitoring existing signalling system assets and facility.
3.Fault-finding with initial root cause investigation and attending to problems and meetings.
Performed FRACAS report or Failures Log spreadsheet with all related data i.e. failure descriptions, failures start/end date/time root cause investigation, action taken field etc.
Develop Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly report accordance with Customer and maintenance contract requirement.
Ensure Lead/supervise Maintenance Engineer/ Shift Leader personnel performed and completed their daily/shift activities in their Daily/Shift report according to customer/contract requirements.
Maintains and monitoring existing signalling system assets and facility.
4.Developing and maintaining quality standards.
Developing and maintaining associate safety standards.
Support line manager to ensure service quality standards.
5.Keep track of the repair status and the materials flow.
Montitor Spare part and consumable inventory and/or stcok level.
Maintain spart part/consumable/ specila tools (if required) inventory acrording to customer and comntract requiemtns.

Qualifications & Functional Knowledge

•Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Mechanical or related fields.

Relevant experience required (i.e. directly linked to the requirements of the position/role)
•5-7 year of work experience
•2-5 years of functional work experience

Specialized or cross-functional knowledge / relevant experience required by the position/role
•Basic technical knowledge of the products.
•Knowledge of the process regarding the procedures during ITC and warranty.
•Knowledge of operations and maintenance of signalling system.

Thai Language as communication with local contractors and customers is required
