Overall description
In this role, he/she will support labor law policies and strategies, ensure the implementation of the disciplinary process, as well as the processes contained in the Collective Bargaining Agreement, and other key issues for the correct internal functioning of the organization.
What are your contributions to the team?
- Execute job dismissals in accordance with the Federal Labour Law.
- Administering the disciplinary process through the Internal Work Regulations, advising on and recording incidents.
- Conduct labour investigations in accordance with the Federal Labour Law.
- Keeping control of the payment of union dues.
- Coordinate and administer the control of lockers.
- Manage the events and processes contained in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Coordinating and executing the Team Leader process.
- Conduct meetings with the Trade Union Committee.
- Ensure the correct use of legal and/or official documents and processes.
How to thrive in this role?
- You possess a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology or related areas.
- You possess 2 years of experience in the Human Resources area, with at least 1 year performing the responsibilities described above.
- You possess labor relations experience
- You are able to hold a business conversation in meetings, answering and writing emails in English.
