In your role, you will

  • Control of the budget (budget) and estimates (forecast) of consumables on the production floor, as well as their quotation, supply, distribution, receipt / approval of invoices.
  • Liaison of information between the support functions (methods, quality, logistics) and Sr. leaders of the operation on time for the daily communication system of indicators (DMM) and monthly reviews (BSC).
  • Supports the planning and logistics of execution in the activities to strengthen the commitment of the employee of the operation.
  • Requests for director's agenda, check availability, suggest dates for invitations and communicate email escalation to Director request inputs from the business unit such as Fastenal, Pabsa, etc. And what does it mean to create PR (purchase request) for production and electrical support only, get a quote, fill out the form, follow signature approval, upload to SAP, upload to Control Tower PR's and get PO released
  • Control of the stationery of the unit, request to supplier, distribution in established hours, inventory and control of inputs and outputs
  • Control of invoices for inputs under your control.

As our ideal candidate

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the area of Industrial Engineering, project support, purchasing support is desirable.
  • Ratings
  • He has a degree in Industrial Engineering, Commerce / Logistics, Indirect material purchases.
  • Has intermediate English proficiency.
  • Enterprising personality and excellent organizational skills.
  • Has knowledge of intermediate Excel (macro design) and Office packaging in general.
