What are your contributions to the team?

  • Responsible to coordinate all activities related to Annual Planning Cycle.  (Strategic Enterprise Alignment)
  • Lead and/or co-lead the project team responsible for achieving the objectives at Bombardier Aerospace Mexico Leadership Team level.
  • Coordinate communication with all stakeholders of the project at Directors level.
  • Facilitate and manage resources to mitigate blockages and risks at site level and projects, (Enterprise Risk Management, ERM)
  • Manage project restrictions (scope, time, cost and quality)
  • Apply a standard to manage projects, involves areas of knowledge such as: integration, scope, schedule, costs, quality, people, communications, risks and purchases.
  • Establish and execute the communication strategy with all stakeholders.
  • Enable teams in project management methodology

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have bachelor’s degree at Industrial Engineering or Business Management or Project Direction Management
  • You have 5 years or more experience in project management at leadership team level, Director and up.
  • You have experience in strategic planning, like “Hoshin Kanri” or Balanced Scorecard-
  • You have excellent written communication.
  • You have advanced English proficiency level.
  • You have desire certification in Project Management Institute and Lean Six Sigma.
  • You have usage of software like Excel and MS project in intermediate or advanced level,
