What are your contributions to the team?
- Participate in Continuous Improvement and Methodologies for reducing operational waste.
- Analyze line balancing and work execution times.
- Participate in managing the production plant design.
- Participate in Bombardier Operational Excellence.
- Participate in the Manufacturing Execution System.
- Support data management, scheduling, and data analysis.
- Support Project and Portfolio Management and the Annual Planning Cycle.
- Participate and support production planning to minimize production problems and costs, while ensuring that products meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain manufacturing routes to maximize efficiency and space.
- Co-responsible for ensuring the company complies with all design standards and guidelines in its facilities and production processes.
- Work in a support role as needed on medium-complexity projects that add value to the organization.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have 1 to 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and manufacturing processes.
- You have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- You have intermediate English proficiency.
- You have experience in lean manufacturing, KAIZEN methodology, and SMED.
- You have intermediate Excel skills.
