What are your contributions to the team?
Apply knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques within established activities, following a schedule, budget, and quality requirements agreed upon in order to meet the expectations and objectives of a given project. Knowledge based on project management methodology under the PMI structure in accordance with the following processes:
- Initialization Process: Project initiation, scope of work, stakeholder list.
- Planning Process: WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) as table or graph, master plan, quality planning, cost planning, procurement planning, risk log, risk management format, communication plan.
- Execution Process: Issue olg, scope change request, status report.
- Closure Process: Closure project, internal acceptance, lessons learned.
- Project portfolio for the site.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- You have 3 to 8 years of experience in similar positions.
- You hold an advanced English proficiency level
- You have experience leading projects using the PMI methodology.
- You are comfortable empowering others by delegating tasks or granting decision-making authority, setting clear goals, and monitoring performance.
- You have experience developing and implementing policies, standards, and procedures in your area.
- You have experience leading project development, convincing and influencing others to gain their acceptance and support for on-time deliverables, creating a support network to achieve objectives, and determining performance indicators.
- You have experience managing budgets.
- You have experience applying and promoting continuous improvement tools to implement enhancements.
