What are your contributions to the team?

  • Maintain and comply with Inventory Control (Annex 24 and Annex 30).
  • Verify compliance with CIVA and OAS certifications.
  • Manage Scrap handling of import material.
  • Coordinate virtual and sub manufacturing operations.
  • Control and audit the electronic foreign trade file.
  • Review customs agency service expense accounts and monitor monthly department spending.
  • Identify benefits, opportunities, risks and modifications within the legal regulations applicable to the company's Foreign Trade operations.
  • Verify that all the company's Foreign Trade activities are carried out in compliance with the applicable legal framework.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have Minimum 3 years in similar positions.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in international business, international trade or related field.
  • You are able to maintain conversations in English (written and spoken).
  • You have extensive knowledge of the IMMEX program and VAT & IEPS certification.
  • You have knowledge of Customs Law and General Rules of Foreign Trade and its annexes.
  • You have knowledge of supply chain security certifications such as CTPAT and OAS.
  • You use of Office, intermediate or advanced Excel.
  • You focused on results.
  • You have ability to analyze complex databases.
  • You are customer focus and can communicate clearly and successfully to ensure a great outcome.
  • You are action oriented.
