What are your contributions to the team?

  • Review travel expense verifications for compliance with legal requirements and organizational policy.
  • Record travel expense verifications accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and account for checks.
  • Perform reconciliations.
  • Provide support with process automation.
  • Assist with expense control, payroll records, and provisions.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of information for monthly and annual closings, as well as the preparation of basic accounting reports.
  • Assist with the request and tracking of purchase orders for the department.
  • Assist in the collection of information and documentation during external and internal audits

How to thrive in this role?

  • Recent graduate or within 2 years of completing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • 6 months of experience in accounting (general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, taxes). Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • Advanced English proficiency, able to understand and engage in conversations
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Proactive
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (intermediate-advanced).
  • Excellent organizational skills
