What are your contributions to the team?
- You will support the preparation and updating of project documentation.
- You will participate in project follow-up meetings.
- You will monitor assigned tasks and coordinate with the stakeholders responsible to ensure their timely completion.
- You will support the preparation of progress reports and executive presentations.
- You will contribute to identifying project risks and opportunities for improvement.
- You will ensure that project documentation remains organized and up to date.
- You will collaborate on internal communication activities related to the projects.
- You will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of HSE projects.
- You will participate in collecting and analyzing data related to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You will collaborate in preparing the documentation required for internal and external audits.
- You will support the updating of environmental aspects and occupational risk assessment matrices.
- You will participate in administering the hazardous waste management process.
- You will participate in communication and awareness campaigns related to health, safety, and environmental matters.
- You will contribute to developing and improving management system procedures, work instructions, and templates.
- You will support the management of nonconformities, corrective actions, and opportunities for improvement.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience
- You have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- You have an advanced level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- You have basic knowledge of project management tools, such as Microsoft Project.
- You demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
- You have basic knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- You can work with data, prepare reports, and present key findings.
- You demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- You have an advanced level of English and can participate effectively in business meetings with colleagues from sites outside Mexico.
- You have previously participated in environmental management or Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) projects.
- You have knowledge or experience participating in internal audits.
