What are your contributions to the team?

  • You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling production activities through accurate generation and timely delivery of production line status against established targets.
  • This includes analyzing information and trends to identify potential risks that may affect plan compliance, delivery dates, optimal use of resources and capacity constraints.
  • You will provide follow up and prepare daily Governance reports of Line Status.
  • You have to scan PO's that are arriving in the area for further analysis.
  • You will have to report daily adherence to production plan, Adherence in Hours Vs Hours to Produce, Total LTS, PO's Delivery vs. Production Detailed.
  • You will consolidate and communicate Productivity KPI's for Ops Reviews.
  • You will have to audit production progress tracking by Operations Leaders.
  • You will provide feedback to the operations leader when areas of opportunity are detected.
  • You will ensure continuity of the production pipeline by identifying risks and escalating issues identified as critical.

How to thrive in this role?

  • Mandatory: You are in the last semester of your degree or up to one year after graduating from college (until June 2025).
  • You are a recent graduate in Industrial Engineering  career. 
  • You have knowledge in MS Office 365.
  • You hold the ability to analyze data information.
  • You have basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • You hold knowledge in Power BI tool.
  • You have intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written), able to hold a conversation.
