Project Control Intern – Inload Execution Queretaro
The role of Project Control Intern is to support the Project Analysts to implement tracking tools and governances impacting scope, schedule, and budget, of the overall industrialization execution activities at Queretaro. Your daily tasks will be to define control tools (Excel extracts, SAP reports, Production hours, project progress), and get updates, allowing to understand the health status of the project execution.
- Register key project activities and actions through specific governances
- Define specific tracking tools for the different project works streams inputs
- Track project spends registered at the project SAP budget and actuals
- Support with governance packages project status
How to thrive in this role?
As a project execution new grad you will be in touch with many of the support functions, helping to track the preproduction activities of the new assembly lines arriving to the site. This unique position provides the chance to “touch” many of the areas, generating the possibility to understand the Bombardier manufacturing system at large.
- You will need to be a recent graduate or with up to 2 years of having graduated from Engineering preferable with some of project topics on the study plan
- You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities;
- You are self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented;
- You have effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets;
- You have good computing skills; proficient in MS Office and experience with MS Excel and MS Project is an asset.
