What are your contributions to the team?
- Oversee the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of production and service processes
- Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and operating methods to enhance efficiency
- Establish, track, and drive performance through key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead and sustain Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify optimization opportunities and lead end-to-end improvement projects
- Promote a culture of operational excellence across teams and functions
- Lead, develop, and engage a team of engineers and technical professionals
- Set clear individual and team objectives and ensure performance follow-up
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver industrial engineering projects on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices
How to thrive in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation, if applicable
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Strong proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis tools
