What are your contributions to the team?
- You will lead the unionized operating personnel of your workstation.

You will define the work plan for the second shift based on planning requirements and or first shift.
- You will manage resources appropriately.
- You will promote staff development based on a culture of health, safety, and a work environment of respect and focused on compliance with ethical policies.
- You will identify risks early and develop strategies and containment plans.

You will promote, demonstrate and participate in Continuous Improvement activities and teamwork in conjunction with support areas.

Plan short- and medium-term activities for production employees, set clear goals, and give direction to the natural team.

Coach your direct team, provide feedback and execute corrective and preventive actions, you are responsible for the performance, safety, development and commitment of the team, as well as adherence to the Internal Work Regulations (RIT).

In your day to day you will proactively ensure that all production activities are carried out safely and identifies potential risks and generates action plans to prevent them, ensure that the products are manufactured within the pre-established quality requirements.

Monitors the performance and development of production employees.

Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.

Analyze problems in production and processes to generate plans that allow estimating the resources needed (people, tools and equipment) to manufacture products.

Research, evaluate, and recommend changes to production, systems, equipment, and any other resources that can maximize your area's production capacity.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the aeronautical manufacturing sector.
- You have at least 3 years of experience leading a team.
- You have an acceptable level of English to establish basic conversation.
- You have communication skills in order to benefit the development of activities and teamwork.
- You are available to work during the second shift.
