What are your contributions to the team?
- You will direct the research, evaluation and recommendation of equipment, tools, materials and procedures that will improve the operational effectiveness and efficiency of operations teams.
- You shall ensure that safe and cost effective maintenance procedures, techniques and practices are implemented and maintained.
- You shall manage the installation and delivery of new machinery.
- You will manage the development of work instructions.
- You will oversee the execution and generation of checklists for the Preventive Maintenance Program.
- You will positively influence the work team, being a role model in adhering to the internal standards and values of the organization.
- Based on technical documentation and supplier analysis, have the technical knowledge to propose improvements in equipment to improve performance in Quality, Productivity and Cost.
- You will make and manage quotations with suppliers for the purchase of spare parts for machinery and equipment, as well as contract with them specialized service. Identify critical spare parts.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
• Must have a high level of demonstrable knowledge in Project management, leading multifunctional projects & CAPEX projects.
• Must have a high level of demonstrable knowledge in Supplier management and development.
• Has knowledge to manage facilities and services installations, based on Mexican NOM applicables and ISO normativity.
• Has ability to interact effectively with other teams and suppliers as needed to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance and repair issues on highly complex, sophisticated and automated equipment
• Has a technical degree and/or a degree in engineering in the electrical, electronic, mechanical, industrial maintenance, industrial or similar field.
• Has intermediate technical English in writing and reading, capable of holding conversations with foreign suppliers and production leaders.
• Desirable knowledge of Svision and AutoCAD software
