What are your contributions to the team?

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Plan and execute transitions from one supplier to a new supplier within the “Supplier Transition and Development” team, which is part of the Supply Chain.
  • Understand and execute projects according to strategies and priorities, closely tracking all stages from purchase order issuance to the delivery of our parts into stock.
  • Develop new suppliers.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with various stakeholders at different hierarchical levels within the organization.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate the various resources involved in the development and execution of projects.
  • Provide the team with their priorities and ensure proper guidance.
  • Prepare and participate in governance and project review meetings.
  • Follow up on deliverables and monitor performance indicators.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s processes.

How to thrive in this role?

As the ideal candidate:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in administration, project management, or operations management, along with a minimum of three (3) years of experience.
  • You have experience in supplier management and executing deliverables.
  • You possess a strong sense of responsibility and solid organizational skills.
  • You are well-organized, recognized for your leadership, and have demonstrated the ability to mobilize diverse work teams.
  • You are familiar with just-in-time supply chain logistics, integrated supply chain management, and lean manufacturing concepts.
  • You are able to work under pressure and meet your commitments.
  • You can work in both Spanish and English (required). 
  • You demonstrate negotiation skills as well as strong abilities in problem analysis and resolution.
  • You show initiative, care about high quality work, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • You have experience with SAP.
  • You have strong skills with the MS Office suite.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is an asset.
  • You can travel for work within Mexico, primarily.
  • You can work on-site at our Querétaro facility at least two (2) days per week when not travelling for work, sometimes more, as per the applicable policy in place.
