What are your contributions to the team?
- Ensure that production lines have the necessary materials to operate on time and according to schedule across all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Establish minimum and maximum inventory levels for materials required in production, as well as maintain monthly consumption tracking.
- Maintain constant communication with the procurement team to ensure the availability and timely delivery of chemical materials.
- Define a governance framework for coordination with line leaders, serving as the communication channel between production and procurement for material supply.
- Act as a liaison between different areas to identify overconsumption, expired materials, incoming materials, requisitions, and interplant shipments.
- Monitor temperature conditions in H1 and H2 rooms at the Airport facility and manage the chemical storage area in El Marqués.
- Work daily with the 3PL service provider to ensure proper logistics operations.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in handling chemical materials.
- Possess the required certifications for the position and for the safe handling of chemical substances.
- Have a basic to intermediate level of English.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and have experience with systems such as SAP or similar tools.
