Methods Agent

Descripción del puesto:

The Methods Agent, based on engineering requirements and specifications, participates in the implementation, verification and support of manufacturing and assembly methods that allow for optimal use of necessary resources, working with various departments to support the production line and the solution of technical problems, as well as improve operations.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the resolution of non-conformances.
• Verify first article inspection (FAI) and incorporate and provide resolution to findings.
• Analyze requirements (develop concepts that initiate a tool order and harmonize purchase dates and rework related to tooling designs).
• Participate in the optimization of non-value adding operations.
• Implement and coordinate changes in the production line configuration, flow and follow-up activities of the change management process.
• Provide technical support of production line manufacturing processes.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing sequence visual aids using ergonomics standards with proper use of risk analysis methodology.
• Promote decision making based on cost benefit analysis for adherence to established department/program budget.

Como nuestro candidato ideal deberás contar con los siguientes requisitos:

• As our ideal candidate you should have the following requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in aeronautical or automotive company.
• Aeronautical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or related Engineering.
• Intermediate English (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
• Problem solving skills.
• Office software skills.
• Mastery of lean manufacturing tools.
• Knowledge in drawing interpretation, GD&T as well as basic/intermediate use of design software, CATIA preferably.
• Use of SAP (desirable).
