In your role, you will

• Use manufacturing expertise to generate projects technical validation and VROMs for rec and non rec of potential transfers packages
• Use technical manufacturing experience to oversee and unblock methods deliverables at transfers execution stage
• Manage and deliver on time, large complex projects and activities related to major milestones for one of many existing and/or new platforms
• Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of execution of industrialization projects
• Lead-coordinate planning, ensuring completeness and harmonization with stakeholders
• Enforce adherence to Bombardier practices and Knowledge Standards to promote integrity and consistency in projects activities
• Work with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage and establish /methods related priorities between projects and activities, complete strategic schedule analysis, and communicate and harmonize these priorities
• Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution
• provide visibility of budget requirement /resource allocation
• Technical discussions cross-functional reviews

As our ideal candidate you have / demonstrate

• Engineering degree, or relevant diploma with equivalent working experience, with 8-10 years in project management or aerospace;
• advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles.
• aircraft technical and/or manufacturing experience;
• experience in structural and / or systems installation process would be an asset.

• excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities;
• natural leadership and pro-active attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities;

• good computing skills; proficient in CATIA, SAP, MS Excel and MS Office, MS Project is an asset.
