- Drive flawless program execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, and schedules.

How to thrive in this role?
- Hold a university degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Bring 6–10 years of experience in strategic project management and/or supplier relationship management within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Have at least 5 years of leadership experience, with a proven record of developing and motivating teams.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of project execution, delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
- Are a collaborative, results-driven leader who thrives in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
- Show professionalism, rigor, and creativity in all aspects of your work.
- Have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Display a sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Are bilingual in Spanish and English; French is considered an asset.
