What are your contributions to the team?
Internal Communications Support
• Assist with drafting and distributing internal email communications.
• Support updates for internal communication channels.
• Help collect and organize information and visuals for internal communications.
Social Media
• Support content creation, scheduling, and posting for the Bombardier Querétaro Instagram account.
• Assist with reviewing follow requests and responding to direct messages under supervision.
• Organize and maintain digital content such as photos and videos.
Events Coordination Support
• Support coordination of internal and community-related events.
• Assist with logistics, registrations, and event preparation.
• Provide on-site support during events when required.
Corporate Social Responsibility & Community Giving
• Support the coordination of employee volunteering activities in collaboration with Associations.
• Assist in the internal communication and promotion of volunteering and community initiatives.
• Support the coordination of donation processes to approved community partners.
• Assist in organizing logistics for CSR and volunteering activities.
• Participate in volunteering and community engagement activities when required.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
• You are a student currently enrolled in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• You have an interest in corporate communications, social media, and community engagement.
• You possess strong organizational and communication skills.
• You have a willingness to learn and collaborate.
