What are your contributions to the team?

  • Validate and document engineering requirements for test aircraft, option configurations and program required configurations.
  • Based on engineering documentation, validate requests for modifications to the manufacturing sequence plan and precedence diagrams.
  • You will document and promote modifications, standard practices and lessons learned that ensure product integrity in accordance with design requirements.
  • Design methodologies for the assurance of design requirements in product planning.
  • Analyze and identify change needs in engineering documentation, coordinate and generate change requirement documentation (RFC).
  • Identify non-value adding operations, proposing optimization solutions to the production line.
  • You will monitor and report on a timely basis the progress of projects assigned to your role identifying risks and solutions for on-time delivery.
  • You will provide support in investigations and problem solving related to design and manufacturing.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge and experience

  • You are studying at least the last year of studies in Industrial Engineering, Aeronautics, Mechanics, Mechatronics or related.
  • You have knowledge regarding the reading and interpretation of manufacturing drawings and metal-mechanical assembly and composite materials.
  • You have knowledge in CATIA, SolidWorks or any mechanical design program (2D, CAD/CAM).
  • You have knowledge in the use of office software, Power BI, ERP (SAP) & programming (desirable).
  • You have knowledge of continuous improvement tools, manufacturing process improvement.
  • You have intermediate English skills, able to establish technical conversations.
