What are your contributions to the team?
- Develop and maintain databases to support the management of operations team information.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of operations data by regularly updating and maintaining databases.
- Provide support in the planning and coordination of Production Unit activities and events, including communication initiatives, recognition programs, and all-hands meetings.
- Assist in monitoring and supporting budget reviews, Balanced Scorecard evaluations, and workforce (headcount) reviews.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge and experience
- Currently enrolled in a university Engineering program, with at least 8 months remaining before graduation.
- Pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Programming, Information Technology, Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering.Knowledge of databases, programming, and Power Apps.
- Intermediate level of English (written and spoken), with the ability to maintain professional conversations (preferred).
- Strong skills in project planning and execution.
