What are your contributions to the team?
- Support the production line with robust monitoring of process activities specially for Composites Materials and variants such as Clean Room, Autoclaves, Trimming, Assy and Paint
- Document and promote modifications, standard practices and lessons learned that ensure product integrity in accordance with design requirements
- Evaluate production needs ensuring the quality of customer requirements
- Validate and ensure that all the quality requirements specified by Engineering are accomplished during the manufacturing process
- Ensure all the QMS requirements are accomplished by all the bussiness units
- Participation in incorporation of projects and development improvements for process and procedures
- Participate in cross functional teamwork with different areas, sites and plants
- Development and manage of KPI's, reports deliveries, interpretation of the information and data
- Participation in internal and external audits
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You have a bachelor degree in Aeronautical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or related
- You have 1 year of experience in a quality environment
- You have knowledge in composites assemblies
- You have an intermediate English proficiency level
- You have knowledge in lean manufacturing processes and tools
- You have knowledge in aerodynamics and special aeronautical manufacturing processes
- You have knowledge and ability working with assembly inspection tools
- You have experience reviewing technical drawings
- You are comfortable managing Office 360, SAP, NCMS, PowerBi and sharepoint are an asset
- You are problem solving oriented
- You hold communication skills and feel comfortable working in a teamwork environment
