What are your contributions to the team?
In this role, you will:
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes and standards.
- Manage and support the disposition of non-conforming material.
- Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, including Kaizen activities.
- Ensure product and process conformity to regulatory and company requirements.
- Participate in problem-solving activities to eliminate customer-reported non-conformances.
- Support the implementation of improvement projects within your area.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You have a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering or related
- You have 3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience in aerospace, automotive, or a related industry.
- You hold hands-on experience with electrical harness installation and testing on aircraft assemblies.
- You have an advanced proficiency level of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- You count with strong problem-solving abilities and knowledge of continuous improvement and quality tools.
- You have experience using measuring instruments and interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and Bombardier specifications.
- You hold knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality control processes.
