In your role:
- Define strategies and inspection plan.
- Ensure the process is respected
- Optimize the change management process.
- Define, implement and ensure documentation and compliance with metrics and reports.
- Ensure the flow of non-conforming material
- Lead new improvement projects
- Participate in standardization and production control strategies
- Implement mechanisms that ensure the conformity of the product and processes, in accordance with established standards and regulations.
Contribute to the analysis of non-conformities reported by client, ensuring that there is PSS activity, closing all actions and avoiding recurrence.
As our Ideal candidate:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a quality function (aerospace, automotive, manufacturing or electrical industry)
- Graduated in Bachelor's/Professional Engineering in Aeronautics, Electromechanics, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
- Intermediate English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
- Problem solving skills, management of continuous improvement tools, as well as quality tools.
- Knowledge and handling of measuring equipment and instruments (length, weight, torque, roughness), as well as interpretation of drawings and GD&T.
