What are your contributions to the team?

  • Candidate will manage the Documentation from the start to the process until the end of archiving.

  • Interact with customers at QRO and Intersites.

  • Administrate and follow physical and electronic files for archiving and corrections.

  • Deliver daily reports of status on the documents.

  • Develop improvements and participate on KPI targets.

  • Ensure process and procedures are follow according to regulations. 

How to thrive in this role?

  • Industrial or Aerospace Engineer. desirable with experience in the same career. desirable to know Electrical and Structural Assemblies.

  • Must know Office (excel intermediate), PowerBi and Sharepoint.

  • English intermediate,

  • Managing of Lean Manufacturing Tools,

  • Proactive to solve problems as priority and with agility.

  • Autonomous,

  • SAP knowledge.
