What are your contributions to the team?
You will participate in the implementation of the project.
You will take part in the DMM (daily morning meetings); BSC (balanced scorecard); PSS (problem solving); Master Plan; improvement ideas and other governance actions of the natural quality team.
You will collaborate in meeting the performance indicators.
You will contribute to improving production and manufacturing processes.
You will provide support to quality control roles.
Attention to detail and proactivity.
You will demonstrate initiative and leadership.
How to thrive in this role?
You have a bachelor’s degree or university diploma (TSU) in Aeronautical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineering.
You have 2 years of experience as a Quality Agent.
You have an intermediate–advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project), SAP, NCMS, CATIA, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint.
You have the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, work with minimal supervision, be a good team player, and be self‑motivated.
You reflect on and learn from your own performance.
You have strong communication skills and negotiation techniques.
You turn mistakes into learning opportunities.
You contribute to an environment that encourages the generation of new ideas by challenging established structures.
You foster opportunities for idea exchange and idea generation related to improving products, services, or processes.
