What are your contributions to the team?
- Lead and facilitate process improvement and problem solving initiatives, applying methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, FMEA and DMAIC to identify and eliminate waste while improving operational efficiency.
- Plan, lead and animate Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and consistent focus on achieving defined outcomes.
- Conduct process mapping and value stream analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Design and implement training strategies and solutions with key stakeholders to strengthen team capabilities in performance management, enhance customer value, and reduce waste.
- Act as a change advocate and subject matter expert, guiding the organization in adopting Operational Excellence principles as a core approach to managing performance and aligning to business objectives.
- Develop project timelines and ensure compliance throughout execution, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
- Promote a process driven culture by supporting standardization, effective use of processes, aligned performance indicators (KPIs), and a strong operational infrastructure
How to thrive in this role?

- You have 5 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment specializing in continuous improvement, with strong expertise in leading Kaizen initiatives.
- You hold a degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
- You are recognized as a strong leader with proven experience in change management.
- You are an expert facilitator with exceptional influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- You hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred) or Green Belt certification (required).
- You are bilingual in French and English
