In your role, you will

  • Maintain and manage the LMS platform, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Monitor system updates, patches, and integrations to ensure the LMS remains up-to-date and fully functional.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain training content, including courses, modules, assessments, and multimedia materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
  • Assist users in accessing and completing training courses and address any user-related issues promptly.
  • Generate regular reports on user engagement, course completion, and training effectiveness.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure training programs meet federal regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct periodic audits to verify training records, course content, and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Generate regular reports on user engagement, course completion, and training effectiveness.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving training programs.

 

As our ideal candidate

 

  • Typically a minimum of 3-5 years of as an LMS Administrator or similar role
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • Proven technical proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., People Fluent, Docebo, Moodle) and learning content authoring tools (e.g, Articulate, Captivate)
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with federal regulations related to training and development in the aerospace sector is a strong asset.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay current with LMS advancements and industry changes.
