What are your contributions to the team?
- Adhere to General Work Requirements
- Ensure the accuracy of employee profiles in Auto Time and maintain changes
- Monitor and liaise with supervisors weekly to ensure accuracy and sign off on timecards
- Perform weekly payroll reconciliations for direct employees
- Perform weekly contractors payroll, ensuring information is sent to Agencies in a timely manner and invoice submitted internally for approval and payment to Agencies.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of PTO/Vacation bank balances in Auto Time against payroll to mitigate overuse.
- Provide weekly reports to leadership team as requested – Overtime, Absenteeism and Exception reports.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to employees and managers at the facility when needed for efficient use of the system.
- Interface with Bombardier personnel to ensure consistent, practical and effective solutions
How to thrive in this role?
- You are enrolled in a university, pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related field
- You have the ability to intern on-site at our Dallas location (7336 Aviation Pl, Dallas, TX 75235) at least 2-3 times per week during the school semester
- Based on your earned credits, you are at least a sophomore in college
- You are proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
- You have the capacity to work at least 20 hours per week during the school semester
