What are your contributions to the team?

  • Adhere to General Work Requirements.
  • Analyze and compile data.
  • Update and maintain databases.
  • Generate Work Package reports capturing current aircraft status.
  • Assist with special projects that focus on delivering results against the business plan.
  • Assist the Team with business analysis.
  • Work as part of the Team to provide support to ensure reliability and efficiency with processes.
  • Interface with Bombardier personnel to ensure consistent, practical, and effective solutions. 
  • Attending meetings.
  • Interaction with all levels of employees including leadership, technicians, and other departments.
  • Project management.
  • Report Generation within Maximo program.
  • Creating presentations and sharing with leadership. 

How to thrive in this role?

  • You would typically have 0-2 years of experience in aviation or material/parts environment or other demonstrated equivalent experience.   
  • You have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Database or SAP experience a plus.

  • You have strong communication and organizational skills.

  • You must be self-motivated and able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.

  • You have strong attention to detail.

  • Problem-solving skills.
