In your role, you will:

Responsible to provide support to the Sales & Marketing functions. Conduct primary (qualitative and quantitative) market research, customer profiling, segmentation, forecasting and secondary data analysis for the LJ, CL or CX customer segment. Provide insightful and actionable analysis that will help guide sales and marketing decision-making. Ensure that all pre-owned sales personnel have access to accurate up-to-date market/customer sales data.

• Develop segmentation analysis, customer profiles and customer dashboards to current and prospective customers, specific to LJ, CL or CX product line
• Assist with the formulation of market forecasts and sales forecasts, specific to LJ, CL or CX product line that may affect service sales
• Provide market research to support pre-owned lead generation
• Collaboratively work with colleagues across the Aerospace division to share and integrate insights from customer segments
• Provide all data/system administration
• Direct market research projects as needed for strategic initiatives
• Adhere to General Work Requirements


As our ideal candidate,

• You have at least 1 year of financial, marketing or sales analysis experience
• You have aviation technical knowledge
• You have an understanding of aviation terminology
• You have knowledge of aviation inspection programs
• You have working knowledge of aircraft (LJ, CL or CX)
• You have working knowledge of Salesforce - preferred
• You have working knowledge of SAP - preferred
• You have thorough knowledge of MS Office software programs (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
• You have excellent verbal and written communication
• You have outstanding process orientation. Must regard all activities as processes that can be continuously improved
• You have strong ability to multi-task
• You have excellent analytical and problem structuring/problem solving skills
• You have a fundamental understanding of the tools and techniques used for forecasting
• You have the ability to interact with senior management in a professional manner
• You are positive & self-motivated
• You have demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• You have experience in Sales and/or Marketing environment - preferred
• You have a college degree – preferred
