What are your contributions to the team?
- Define and maintain the Connected Aircraft digital product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and manage the product roadmap based on customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
- Act as the primary point of accountability for product direction and decision-making
- Engage with customers and end-users to understand needs, pain points, and expectations
- Translate user insights into actionable product requirements and features
- Validate product concepts and features through continuous feedback and interaction with stakeholders
- Define and prioritize product backlog, ensuring alignment with roadmap and value delivery
- Work closely with Business Analysts to refine requirements and ensure clarity for development teams
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure user-centered design principles are reflected in product features
- Work closely with software development teams to ensure product vision is effectively translated into deliverables
- Represent the product in all stages of development, including planning, refinement, and review activities
- Support the team in making informed product decisions during development and delivery
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and adoption metrics to guide improvements
- Identify opportunities to enhance functionality, usability, and customer value
- Contribute to defining and tracking product success metrics

How to thrive in this role?
- University degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, digital product development, or a related role
- Experience working with multidisciplinary software development teams
- Ability to understand and operate within an aviation environment, including aircraft operations, maintenance workflows, and system constraints, with a strong interest in aerospace technologies
- Strong customer-centric mindset, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements
- ·Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to make product decisions in a fast-paced, Agile environment
Assets
- Experience in aerospace, aviation, or aircraft maintenance environments
- Familiarity with IoT, real-time data systems, or data-driven digital products
