What are your contributions to the team?

  • Lead the Customer Experience Team to give a seamless bespoke experience to our aircraft customers; including customer surveys & customer experience at our facilities (i.e. Customer area management at both LBCC & Challenger)
  • Lead all governance for the customer facing team including ODI Management, Concessions, Operational Excellence -Masterplan/BSC, change management
  • Lead executive, large scale, strategic projects across the organization that will ensure long-term success of our aircraft platforms and sales
  • Work effectively with Senior Level decision makers (EVP, VP) to develop long term strategies that will help strengthen the customer relationship as well as financial success of deliveries
  • Develop new opportunities within the organization to improve and seamless deliveries with the customer; includes alignment and management of customer requirements with Operations, Engineering & Quality
  • Continuously engage with cross functions to improve aircraft quality and standards to ensure state of the art delivery of aircraft to our customers
  • Be the voice of the customer required to input into PCRs & new product design
  • Deep dive and resolutions of customer aircraft technical issues at delivery
  • Lead design evolution of the Global & Challenger platforms to align with market trends; requiring technical knowledge of the interior and green aircraft
  • Liaison with the Government Affairs Team to manage customer entry into Canada and keep abreast changing government requirements in a COVID context
  • Work with Marketing & Communications on customer events & shows 
  • Manage accurate and timely performance reports, budget and headcount
  • Focal with the aftermarket to drive aircraft quality and performance at delivery
  • Analyze report data to project trends and build forecasts with verifiable timelines
  • Work closely with other Customer Facing Teams as well as other functions such as Programs, Aftermarket, Operations, Engineering, Quality and Logistics
  • Forward thinker to promote Bombardier’s products solutions and brand as well as re-invent processes to promote business health
  • Prepare and give presentations to the senior management team
  • Direct supervisory responsibilities to a very highly experienced team in Aerospace

How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold a university degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or other related field or equivalent work experience
  • MBA is preferred but not required
  • You are a self-starter who can identify, create and execute strategic projects with little oversight
  • Aerospace Degree is also an asset with a passion for customer aircraft interior design and customer experience
  • You have at least 10 years’ experience in Aerospace; customer facing role would be an asset
  • You can demonstrate an understanding and application of complex financial processes and governance requirements
  • You are a team player and can easily network and get support across the organization from various functions
  • You have experience working with large Aerospace organizations
  • You have proven ability to develop long-term strategic relationships with senior company decision-makers
  • You have demonstrated effectiveness in identifying opportunities and improving business processes
  • You have demonstrated ability to define and operationalize new methods of doing and tracking business requirements
  • You have excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skill
  • You have good organization skills, including but not limited to; prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and developing new business meeting deadlines
  • You are detail oriented
  • You are fluent in both English & French
