- You will acquire exposure to Bombardier policies and procedures and make connections in different areas throughout the organization to assist you as you transition your previous military experience into the civilian side of the aviation industry.

What is the Bombardier SkillBridge requirements?

You have 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge, and you have at least 180 continuous days of active service.

You have obtained approval from your unit commander.

You agree that participation in SkillBridge can be terminated at any time by the service if mission requirements dictate

You are flexible to work various hours and schedules depending on the role.
- While an engineering degree is not required for placement, it is a preferred attribute.
