(CONTRACT) Analyst - Logistics Supply Core Team - Montreal

Role Overview

The Supplier Portal Deployment Analyst will play a key role in the successful rollout of the new Supplier Portal (Ariba). This position is responsible for coordinating deployment activities, supporting suppliers as they create their accounts, and ensuring alignment between suppliers, internal teams, and the project team.
The analyst will manage a high volume of suppliers, track deployment progress, escalate issues, and prepare updates for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

What are your contributions to the team?

Supplier Deployment & Coordination

• Coordinate the onboarding of hundreds of suppliers into the new Ariba Supplier Portal.
• Support suppliers throughout account creation and system activation.
• Act as a central point of contact between suppliers, supply & Procurement agents, SAP teams, and the project team.

Project Tracking & Issue Management

• Build and maintain the supplier deployment plan.
• Track tasks, risks, and actions in Excel and follow up with stakeholders as needed.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate channels and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with team members and internal partners to ensure smooth deployment progress.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare clear, professional deployment status presentations for various levels of leadership.
• Create/Maintain up to date dashboards and progress summaries.
• Communicate regularly with different teams to ensure alignment and visibility on deployment activities.

How to thrive in this role?

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in supplier relationship management or supply chain coordination.
• Bilingual – English & French (fully fluent). Spanish is considered an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (tracking, dashboards) and PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations).
• Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
