Key Responsibilities
Supplier Deployment & Coordination
- Coordinate the onboarding of hundreds of suppliers into the new Ariba Supplier Portal.
- Support suppliers throughout account creation and system activation.
- Act as a central point of contact between suppliers, supply & Procurement agents, SAP teams, and the project team.
Project Tracking & Issue Management
- Build and maintain the supplier deployment plan.
- Track tasks, risks, and actions in Excel and follow up with stakeholders as needed.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate channels and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with team members and internal partners to ensure smooth deployment progress.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare clear, professional deployment status presentations for various levels of leadership.
- Create/Maintain up‑to‑date dashboards and progress summaries.
Communicate regularly with different teams to ensure alignment and visibility on deployment
How to thrive in this role?
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in supplier relationship management or supply chain coordination.
- Bilingual – English & French (fully fluent). Spanish is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (tracking, dashboards) and PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations).
- Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
