What are your contributions to the team?
Support the Director in managing his schedule and prepare all required materials according to his needs.
Arrange travel bookings and process the team’s expense reports.
Coordinate daily tasks (access requests, bonuses, office supplies) while clearly establishing priorities.
Communicate with senior executives of the company and external organizations on behalf of the Directors and leaders, as needed.
Prepare various documents (correspondence, reports, memos) in the appropriate formats and styles.
Update organizational charts.
Manage and distribute internal and external mail.
Draft correspondence in both French and English.
Take responsibility for budget-related activities as well as any other special projects.
Demonstrate a strong client-service orientation, particularly with key company clients.
How to thrive in this role?
You hold a college diploma (DEC) in Office Administration or an equivalent credential.
You have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
You possess advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
You are recognized for your team spirit, dynamism, sound judgment, and strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage business priorities.
You are able to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
