What are your contributions to the team?
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Advisor, social media & marketing to drive the evolution of our corporate digital presence as well as community management. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of social media content strategies that align with our brand vision, support business objectives, and deliver a seamless experience for our global audiences — including customers, investors, media, and talent.
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Marketing & Brand, this is a key role for a strong Brand storyteller, community manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and knows how to translate business goals into content that connects with audiences. You will be a key player in ensuring our content and digital platforms reflect the quality, innovation, and purpose that define our brand.
- Participate in the strategic planning of the brand’s overall content plan, ensuring alignment with Bombardier’s marketing objectives, brand positioning, and key business priorities.
- Oversee the full ecosystem and project management of the Bombardier Magazine, from concept to publication, ensuring coherence with the brand’s storytelling and marketing initiatives.
- Responsible for planning, creating, and distributing high-quality content across our digital platforms — including social media, YouTube, our corporate website and work towards creating a consistent high performing content ecosystem for Bombardier.
- Support the digital marketing team in developing the annual content plan and develop and execute content plans that align with brand strategy, business objectives, and audience needs.
- Write, edit, and manage content across a range of formats — including social media, community management, and web pages.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather inputs, shape narratives, and ensure alignment.
- Maintain and evolve our tone of voice, content guidelines, and editorial standards.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely publication and alignment with campaigns and company milestones.
- Create content briefs for our internal creative studio and work with copywriters and external suppliers to bring content to life.
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on insights, feedback, and best practices.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience developing, implementing and leading content and web strategies in a large organization
- You have the ability to interact effectively with a variety of external and internal contacts and team members.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills.
- You can work autonomously
- You are an expert in written and verbal communication in French and English. Long form copy writing experience is considered and asset.
- You are highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
- You have strong Project Management skills.
- You have budget management & reporting skills.
- You have solid leadership skills and an ability to work in an extended team across business functions/units.
