Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Employer Brand Marketing Advisor to support our Employer Brand team in attracting top talent and building a compelling employer reputation. Reporting to the Senior Employer Brand Advisor, you’ll play a key role in crafting and executing social media campaigns, managing content across platforms, and ensuring strong performance analytics. You'll also work closely with external agencies and internal teams to bring our employer brand to life.

What are your contributions to the team?

Employer Branding Strategy & Activation
•    Support the development and activation of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across recruitment marketing and internal communications.
Social Media & Digital Presence
•    Plan, create, and publish engaging social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Career Website Optimization & Revamp
•    Support the ongoing optimization and revamp of the careers website to improve user experience, design, and content.
•    Ensure the site reflects the EVP and delivers a compelling and inclusive candidate experience.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
•    Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and measure campaign effectiveness.
Internal Engagement & Employee Advocacy
•    Assist in launching or supporting employee advocacy programs, encouraging team members to share content and represent the employer brand.
Candidate Experience Support
•    Audit and optimize the candidate journey on platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and the Careers Page.
•    Ensure messaging and visuals are consistent across touchpoints (job descriptions, career site, email templates).

How to thrive in this role?

•   You hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
•    You have four (4) years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, digital communications, or related fields.
•    You have strong understanding of social media best practices and digital storytelling.
•    You are proficient in Canva; bonus if familiar with video editing or visual design tools.
•    You have experience using Google Analytics or other performance tools to guide strategy.
•    You are collaborative, organized, and confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
•    You have a passion for building authentic, inclusive, and engaging employer brands

•    You have experience with paid social, SEO, or programmatic recruitment campaigns, would be an asset.
•    You have familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor and ATS, would be an asset.
