What are your contributions to the team?

Bombardier is seeking a strategic, results-driven, and hands-on marketing professional to elevate brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales enablement across North America. The Regional Marketing Advisor will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth, with a strong focus on premium events and customer experiences. A key priority is creating tailored initiatives for our audience ensuring Bombardier’s brand resonates with the region’s most discerning buyers while aligning with global objectives and regional market dynamics.

 

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies that support aircraft sales objectives and strengthen brand presence. 
  • Provide insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to design engagement programs that drive loyalty and conversion.  

Events & Customer Engagement:

  • Collaborate closely with the Shows & Events team to deliver regional marketing activations, including static displays, tailored hospitality experiences, and strategic partnerships.
  • Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and brand awareness. 
  • Manage regional sponsorships and partnerships to maximize brand visibility.

 Sponsorship Management:

  • Manage regional marketing budget and ensure ROI on all initiatives. 
  • Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and brand awareness. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales, Communications, Product Marketing and Aftermarket teams to ensure message consistency.

 

How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold an Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • You have minimum of five (5) years of marketing experience, ideally in aviation, luxury goods, or high-value B2B sectors.
  • You have a proven expertise in event management and luxury hospitality standards 
  • You have strong organizational, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight timelines.
  • You have excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • You are available to travel within the Americas region.
