What are your contributions to the team?

  • Act with diligence, fairness, and objectivity in handling human‑related complaints.
  • Determine intervention strategies and conduct investigations of any scope; meet with witnesses, complainants, and respondents, and analyze documentation that can sometimes be complex.
  • Draft detailed reports and executive summaries, and present investigation findings to committees as well as to individuals involved in the case.
  • Understand complex issues in diverse environments and be able to quickly grasp workplace‑related challenges.
  • Deliver training on various topics related to issues encountered in the workplace and demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate and simplify complex subjects.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of approaches, methods, and tools.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have knowledge and experience in conducting workplace investigations.
  • You have knowledge and experience in drafting investigation reports.
  • You have knowledge and experience related to workplace harassment and violence.
  • You are able to travel on a regular basis.
  • You have three years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have training in investigative techniques.
  • You have training related to workplace harassment and violence.
  • You are fully bilingual (French and English).
  • You hold a Certified Harassment Investigator (CHI) designation, which would be considered an asset.
