What are your contributions to the team?

•    Lead Workshops and Journey Mapping: Facilitate mapping workshops with cross-functional teams to understand user behaviors, pain points, and needs. Translate insights into actionable design strategies.
•    Develop Customer Journey Story Maps: Spearhead discussions to define and refine end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations.
•    Develop user personas, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
•    Ensure consistency in design language across all digital platforms.
•    Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with technical capabilities and project requirements.
•    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design, incorporating cutting-edge techniques into your work.
•    Champion the voice of the user throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring their needs are prioritized in design decisions.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 
•    Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products. 
•    Experience in the aerospace industry is a strong asset.
•    Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and applying findings to design decisions. 
•    Extensive experience leading workshops and facilitating stakeholder discussions. 
•    You are autonomous, innovative and dynamic;
•    Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and others. 
•    Familiarity with front-end development frameworks and their implications for design (e.g., Angular, Blazor, React). 
•    You are a very organized person, you are results-oriented while remaining flexible to changing priorities and accustomed to working on several projects at the same time.
•    Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to non-technical audiences.
•    Demonstrated passion for staying ahead of industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to complex problems.
•    Experience in leveraging emerging technologies such as AI in user experience design is a strong asset.
