What are your contributions to the team?
- Responsible for creating, maintaining, and tracking project schedules
- Produce and maintain project tracking indicators
- Define the work plan and lead follow-up/governance meetings with impacted groups for implementation, transformation, or process and tool improvement projects
- Analyze and monitor the finances of the Methods function
- Analyze operational results and identify variances
- Participate in problem-solving following variance analysis
- Understand and document operational requirements and manufacturing processes
- Identify and propose system and process solutions aligned with operational requirements
- Ensure effective communication and change management with impacted functions
- Monitor the implementation of current and future processes and transactions within impacted functions
- Determine training requirements, document them, and train users and focal points
- Provide Level 2 support to users and follow up on system changes with IT
How to thrive in this role?
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant field
- Have strong project management experience
- Possess strong knowledge of SAP and APO, a major asset
- Have financial knowledge, a major asset
- Demonstrate organization, rigor, and autonomy
- Are team-oriented
- Show leadership and enjoy taking on challenges
- Have a strong sense of initiative
- Are proficient with MS Office Suite (notably Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Are proficient with Microsoft Power Apps (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.)
- Demonstrate patience, perseverance, and curiosity
- Knowledge of furniture manufacturing and/or the aerospace industry is an asset
- Are bilingual (French and English)
