General Description

What are your contributions to the team?
Build your technical knowledge through a rotation of 12 months in a direct position and another rotation of 12 months in an indirect position. Below are examples of positions.
Indirect/Reporting
Internal Audit:
- Support audit projects based on risk assessment and participate in all phases of the audit;
- Evaluate risks, financial controls, and compliance processes, in addition to preparing relevant audit reports;
- Maintain audit independence while collaborating with the team on special projects and data analysis via Power BI.
Controlling:
- Participate in the analysis of balance sheet accounts and contribute to the preparation of financial statements, while assisting with monthly and quarterly analysis;
- Review account reconciliations and prepare key performance indicators for financial controls;
- Support governance activities and participate in the development of accounting policies and guidelines.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Assume a role as an analyst by tracking cash inflows and outflows, particularly customer advances;
- Assist a team of financial analysts responsible for aircraft sales accounting;
- Prepare key reports for senior management on a weekly basis;
- Work closely with contract managers to accurately forecast customer inflows and identify associated risks and opportunities.
Direct/Operations
Deal Management:
- Responsible for the complete financial process of aircraft sales, including profitability analysis and transaction recording;
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and provide detailed financial analyses for aircraft sales;
- Contribute to the strategic plan, annual budget, and periodic forecasts, while establishing new measures for sales analysis.
Cost Accounting Operations
- Analyze raw material and work-in-progress inventory, as well as provisions for obsolete stock;
- Analyze data in SAP and optimize work-in-progress according to the new assembly line;
- Support end-of-month requirements and management control activities.
Cost Accounting Customer Experience:
- Produce financial reports and analyze variances between actual and budgeted expenses in the Customer Experience Group;
- Participate in end-of-month financial activities and provide support to financial analysts and business partners;
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and participate in inventory data cleanup initiatives.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have finished your undergraduate degree;
- You are pursuing the CPA designation; You are bilingual (French and English);
- You are organized and manage time efficiently;
- You have the ability to learn new systems and functionality rapidly, in a continuously evolving environment;
- You have great knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
- You demonstrate strong team spirit and analytical skills, leadership and flexibility;
- You have excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
- You are a team player;
- You demonstrate the ability to think both analytically and creatively;
- You have good spoken and written communication skills in both French and English;
- You have the ability to travel, when required;
- You are curious and want a challenging career.
