What are your contributions to the team?

Deploy the Advanced Product Quality Planning methodology for new programs (APQP/AQP/PPAP/FMEA).
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to introduce changes on our production lines seamlessly.
Act as a “coach” in identifying quality risks and preventing non‑conformities.
Participate actively in change management to identify and prevent risks.
Support Bombardier sites and suppliers to ensure that all requirements are fully understood and met.
Support Bombardier sites and suppliers in deploying Advanced Quality Planning.
Integrate APQP/AQP/PPAP/FMEA processes into existing processes.
Facilitate problem‑solving initiatives using the Plan, Do, Check, Act methodology.
Demonstrate leadership consistent with Bombardier Aerospace’s vision and values.

How to thrive in this role?

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or Science, combined with 8 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a complex, regulated industry (e.g., aerospace, automotive, industrial equipment) in a role related to quality or production.
Demonstrated strong proficiency across key technical and organizational competencies.
Hands‑on knowledge of quality processes, including risk identification and prioritization (FMEA), risk‑reduction strategies, and root cause analysis.
Knowledge of quality standards and airworthiness regulations, including TCCA/FAA/JAA, ISO 9001, and AS9100.
Experience in change management and configuration management.
Familiarity with technical drawing standards and practical experience with engineering change control.
Strong problem‑solving creativity and a solid analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written.
Six Sigma and APQP experience considered an asset.
