What are your contributions to the team?

•    Analysis and management of quality issues (supplier, internal, inter-site)
•    Generate reports and presentations for management, upon request
•    Lead the resolution of simple to moderately complex technical problems involving multiple functions
•    Audit areas according to established schedules
•    Influence stakeholders across various projects to ensure site compliance
•    Lead continuous improvement initiatives

How to thrive in this role?

•    You have a college degree in aerospace engineering or a related field or equivalent
•    You have seven (7) years of experience in Quality operations
•    You possess good knowledge of the Quality systems and the requirements of Transport Canada 
•    You possess an excellent understanding of the Transport Canada regulatory policies
•    You are proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and Project
•    You must be team oriented, autonomous, responsible and reliable
•    You must be well organized and at ease to plan and prioritize your work
•    You have excellent communications skills in French and English 
•    You are available to occasionally work on evenings and weekends when required
