What are your contributions to the team?
- Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performance
- Lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, RCCA) across stakeholders
- Identify root causes and implement robust corrective actions
- Drive follow-up to ensure actions are completed and effective
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to restore operational stability
- Organize and perform other QA related activities (i.e., project related activity, Monthly Reports, reporting needs as required)
How to thrive in this role?
- Typically 5+ years of experience in a technical field (technology, documentation, technical writing, website development, Office, etc)
- Thorough data compilation and program tracking experience
- Thorough knowledge and experience reporting with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Thorough knowledge and experience in organization and delivery of training with high degree of presentation delivery skills
- Thorough knowledge and experience s of policy / procedure writing including coordination of any project
- Thorough knowledge and experience in benchmarking and documentation mapping
- Thorough knowledge and experience of regulatory Quality Systems (TCCA, FAA, etc), Quality Assurance interpretation, methodology and techniques
