In this pivotal role, 

you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your mission? Fielding calls, handling inquiries, and processing orders with precision and efficiency. Whether it’s a spare part request or an aftermarket query, you’ll be the go-to problem solver.

•    Account Management: Take charge of customer accounts, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
•    Invoice Resolution: Dive into the details of transactions, ensuring seamless processes.

This position is a 24/7 schedule operations environment and you are to be ready to work on different shifts and during holidays.

Qualifications That Matter


Notre candidat idéal possède plus que de simples qualifications ; ils apportent passion et expertise :
•    Éducation : Un diplôme collégial en administration des affaires, en hôtellerie ou dans un domaine technique pertinent.
•    Expérience : 2 à 4 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle (une expérience en centre d'appels est un plus).
•    Maîtrise informatique : solides compétences informatiques et familiarité avec la technologie actuelle.
•    Compétences linguistiques : Excellente maîtrise de la langue anglaise (écrite et parlée).  Un français fonctionnel est également requis.
•    Adaptabilité : Prospérer dans un environnement changeant.
•    Orientation client : offrez des expériences percutantes de manière cohérente.
•    Joueur d'équipe : la collaboration est votre force.
•    Intérêt pour l’aéronautique : expérience de service client après-vente (de préférence).
•    Boîte à outils technologiques : La connaissance des outils logiciels de Bombardier (SAP, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.) est un avantage.
